At Life After Incarceration, we envision a world where every individual impacted by the justice system is empowered to rise beyond their circumstances and realize their full potential. Founded by Katrina Harris—whose own incarceration nearly 29 years ago sparked a lifelong passion for transformation—our mission is to reach back into prisons to remind men and women that they are not defined by their past. We believe that with support, determination, and the right mindset, anyone can create a new path forward. Because no situation is forever—"Everything has an expiration date"—and a brighter future is always within reach.

Through mentorship, education, and advocacy, we reach back into correctional facilities and walk alongside those reentering society—reminding them that their past does not define their future. Led by Founder Katrina Harris, we are committed to breaking cycles, restoring hope, and proving that transformation is possible for everyone.
